EternaFlow lets you delete your entire account — and every piece of personal data linked to it — at any time, with no email back-and-forth. This page exists to satisfy the data-deletion-instructions requirement of Meta (Facebook), Google and similar platforms.
Self-serve deletion (recommended, instant)
- Sign in at eternal-care-flow.lovable.app/auth.
- Open Dashboard → Settings.
- Scroll to Delete my account.
- Type DELETE to confirm.
Your authentication record, profile, role, case access, uploads, reviews and obituary drafts are removed immediately. Backups are purged within 30 days. Anonymized financial records may be retained where tax law requires (typically up to 7 years), but they no longer identify you.
By email
If you cannot sign in, email privacy@eternaflow.app from the address tied to your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We confirm receipt within 72 hours and complete deletion within 30 days.
Data received from Facebook / Google login
When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email, Google ID and profile picture. Deleting your EternaFlow account erases all of it from our systems. To also revoke our app's access in Google, visit myaccount.google.com/permissions.
