These Terms govern your use of EternaFlow. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
1. The service
EternaFlow provides software for funeral homes and families to coordinate end-of-life logistics, documents and services. Features and limits depend on your subscription tier.
2. Accounts
You must be 18+ and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials confidential.
3. Acceptable use
No unlawful, infringing, harassing or deceptive use. No scraping, reverse engineering, or attempts to bypass security or rate limits. No uploading malware. Respect families and the dignity of the deceased.
4. Subscriptions & billing
Plans renew automatically at the interval shown. Cancel anytime from Settings; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are at our discretion except where required by law.
5. Customer content
You retain all rights to content you upload. You grant us a limited license to host, display and process it only to operate the service. You are responsible for having the right to upload that content (including obituaries, photos, family contacts).
6. AI features
AI-generated drafts (obituaries, translations, replies) are suggestions that may contain errors. You must review them before publishing. We do not train our AI models on your private case data.
7. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, excluding conflict-of-laws principles.
